CFSS replaces Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Choice and Consumer Support Grant (CSG). Lifeworks provides CFSS under the budget model, allowing participants to select their own support workers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">CFSS participants choose a Financial Management Services (FMS) provider to support them with employer-related responsibilities, financial tasks, and budget management.
