CDCS gives participants the flexibility and control to decide how to spend their budget, who to employ as caregiving staff, and when to receive care. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">CDCS participants choose a Financial Management Services (FMS) provider to support them with employer-related responsibilities, financial tasks, and budget management.
